This is an all time favourite, jhatpat recipe of my family...
Steps

Cut and wash the cauliflower florets in running water 3-4 times.

Wash the potatoes cubes.

In a pan, heat oil...upon heating add the ginger...saute till you get the aroma...

Now add the above mentioned spices leaving garam masala.

Now add the washed cauliflower and potatoes...add salt...and then mix properly.

Add just 1/4 th cup of water. And cover it with a lid.

Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. After that mix it again and check if the potatoes are done. Now, cook it uncovered for 4-5 minutes till it's done...saute in between.

Now add garam masala powder and Coriander leaves to garnish.

Serve hot with chapatis and parathas.
