Besan Omelette toast

In a big bowl take besan and add chopped onion, tomato, grated carrot, finely chopped chillies, coriander, ajwain, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.

Then add water to it and make a batter.

Take a pan and apply some oil and pour some batter and make chillas.

When cooked from one side flip and cook from other side.

Take bread slices and apply mayonnaise. Then cut chillas into pieces and keep it on bread slice. Put some tomato ketchup and chilli flakes. Cover with another slice of bread to which mayonnaise is applied.

Take a pan again and put some oil or butter and toast the sandwich from both sides till nice and crispy. Serve hot.
