Wash omena with hot water thoroughly and make sure it's clean

In a sufuria put the omena and heat it until it's dry

Add oil and let it cook till it's brown and crunchy

Add onions,then tomatoes,hoho and dhania later.

Add salt to taste n when it's ready serve with ugali
