Make very soft dough with flour,1/2 cup water, cardamon powder,yeast and margarine.leave it for 1/2 hour to rise

Heat oil to medium hot,using two spoons or your hand,make dumplings and fry to golden brown

Now make the sugar syrup by boiling the sugar with the 1/4 cup water until a thick consistency is formed

Put fried dumplings in a large bowl.pour the syrup over them and quickly start mixing.. As sugar dries,it sticks to the dumplings.ready to serve
