Steps

Mix water,curd,maida,ghee and baking powder and make semi soft dough.

Now give it shape of doughnuts and keep it aside with cover.

Now fry prepared doughnut shaped dough.l in low flame till it turns out golden in colour.

Now dip it in chashni for 5 minutes.

Now remove it from chashni and Garnish it with some chopped pistachios
