1st make flour dough with water and salt pinch

Take boil potatoes and mash them

Cut onion in cubes shape small cubes and add in potatoes.

Dhaniyan mints and all spices add and mix well with POTATOES

Take dough (for 1 paratha) and add mixture of potatoes and again flood and make a plain paratha and cook on low flame but hot pan. SERVE with raita.
