Dry roast cumin and coriander seeds & grind to powder.in a deep bowl mix together baisan, dahi, egg white, ginger garlic paste, salt, haldi, lal mirch, oil zeera+dhania powder.mix well.

Wash fish fillets, keep them on sieve (channi) to drain excess water. Give few cuts on fillets with help of sharp knife. Add the fillets to marinade and keep it cover in fridge for 2-3 hours for marination.

Cut thick rings of vegies.heat the grill pan to medium, apply little oil on grill.place the fillets on grill.let them grilled fully from one side then turn to other side. Sprinkle lemon juice and remaining marinade over fillets during grilling.

Grill all vegies in same manner. Sprinkle some salt, black pepper and lemon juice over vegies. It will enhance flavour. Serve grilled fish vegie platter with imli ki chutney.Enjoy hot
