In a pan add oil,ginger and garlic paste,add slice onion and saute for 5 min add grained scotch bonnet and stir for 3_4 min

Add fried potatoes, add slices red pepper stir for 3 min add spices and seasoning keep stirring

Add slice boiled liver and stir,add dice cabbage

Add water and let it cook on high heat for 2 min
