Ingredients

  1. आलू 6, 1 प्याज बारीक कटी,आधा कप पत्ता गोभी बारीक कटी
  2. आधा कप गाजर बारीक कटी, आधा कप शिमला मिर्च बारीक कटी
  3. 10से 12 लहसुन की कलियाँ एक इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा
  4. 1 tbspटोमेटो सॉस 1tbsp रेड चिल्ली सॉस 1tsp सोया सॉस
  5. 1 tbspशेजवान चटनी 2कप हरा धनिया 2tbsp कॉर्नफ्लोर
  6. 1 tbspबेसन 1tbsp भूंजे हुए चने की दाल
  7. 1 tspहल्दी पाउडर 1tspलाल मिर्च पाउडर तलने के लिए तेल
  8. नमक स्वादानुसार आधा कप चीज़

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले आलू को छील ले

  2. 2

    फिर चाकू और चम्मच की सहायता से अंदर से खोखला कर ले

  3. 3

    फिर इसे डीप फ्राई कर ले

  4. 4

    अब अदरक और लहसुन को दरदरा सा कूट लेंगे

  5. 5

    अब कढ़ाई में थोड़ा सा तेल लेंगे गर्म होने पर अदरक लहसुन डालेंगे

  6. 6

    फिर बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज डालकर दो मिनट तक भुनेगे

  7. 7

    फिर सभी बारीक कटी सब्जिया डालकर तेज आंच पर भूनेंगे

  8. 8

    दो तीन मिनट के बाद उसमे सभी सॉस और शेजवान चटनी डालेंगे

  9. 9

    साथ ही हल्दी पाउडर और मिर्च पाउडर भी दाल देंगे

  10. 10

    स्वादानुसार नमक डालकर अशप चीज़ घिसकर डाल देंगे

  11. 11

    इस मसाले को आलूओं में भर देंगेअब हरी धनिया मिर्च और चने की दाल डालकर चटनी पीस लेंगे

  12. 12

    इस चटनी में बेसन और कॉर्नफ्लोर डालकर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बना लेंगे

  13. 13

    अब आलूओं को इस पेस्ट से कोट कर लेंगे उर माइक्रोवेव में 200 डिग्री पर 20 मिनट बेक कर लेंगे
