Crispy Hasselback potatoes
Steps

Line a baking tray with foil

Spray some olive oil on the tray and add some salt to it too

Wash then slice the potatoes but only as much as half way through along the top side of each potato
- 4
Lay potatoes on baking tray
- 5
Spray more olive oil onto the potatoes and add a sprinkling more of salt across the top of all the potatoes
- 6
Bake in the oven for about 25 mins (more if needed until cooked through) at approx 185/190 in a fan oven
