Ingredients

  • 250 gmSabo soaked
  • 2Green chilli
  • 2 tbspGround nuts fried
  • 2 tbspCurry leaves
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  • as neededOil to fry
  • 1Onion finely chopped
  • 2-3Bread slices

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak the sabo for 1 hour. And then fry the ground nuts and Keep aside. Take the soaked sabo add the salt, chilli powder, fried ground nuts, chopped onion, green chille, coriander, curry leaves, bread slices and mix well.till it's like a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Now. Keep the pan for frying,pour the oil wait till it's hot and now make small round patties and fry them on medium flame.and when they are golden brown on both sides remove and serve hot with your favorite sauce. Yummy.
