Steps

First of all soak rice & boil them with Elaichi (cardamom)cloves 2,
Kewara water 2 Tbsp till full
done.Put them aside. - 2
Make a syrup with sugar & 1/2
cup of water.Add lemon juice.
Sugar Syrup should b watery
not sticky. - 3
Take a deep pan.Put ghee in it
along with cloves, black pepper,
Cinnamon stick & cardamom.Fry
it.Add sugar syrup in it. - 4
Now add boiled rice in it & mix
it with syrup nicely.Leave
it on simmer for 15 min or - 5
You can notice that water is
absorbed.In the end take three
different food colour a pinch
for each.Mix them separately in
1Tbsp water for each.then put it
on rice in three sides.Also
sprinkle blanched dry fruits &
Kewara water.Cover with a lid.
Mix all rice along with nuts nicely - 6
Dish out your mutanjan and
garnish it with rest of nuts & also
with khoyaa. - 7
Serve it hot.
