  • 1/2 kgYogurt
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1/ 2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/ 2tsp
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspCorinder powder
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 4Button chilli
  • 1 tspCumin

Steps

    Eggplant baked

  2. 2

    Take in a pan add oil add ginger garlic paste fry 1 min

  3. 3

    Add green chilli paste add all spice cook 2 min.

  4. 4

    Bring a bowl add eggplant yogurt and spice mixture...garnish with Corinder...
