In a pan add ghee and cardamom, then add peeled and grated carrots to it nd mix it for 3-4 minutes then add sugar nd mix then cover it on slow flame until carrots become soft approprimately 20-30 minutes.

When carrots become soft add milk powder, khoya nd nuts and mix it nd turn off the flame.

Serve in a dish garnish with khoya and nuts... A very very very yummy gajar ka halwa is ready to eat.
