  • as requiredsalt
  • 1 cupDahi
  • 4 tbsp hara dhania
  • 250 mlOil
  • 1 tbsp fullGaram masala
  • 1 cup crispyFried onion
  • 3Tez pate
  • 8-10 leavesPodina
  • 1tbspGinger julian

Steps

    Mutton ko achi tarah dho kar 5 glass pani mein ubal lein sath mein is mien 1 onion half ginger garlic paste salt zeera or tez pat bhi add kar dein josh ane pe anch halki kar or dhaken laga dein for 1 hour

    Ab chawal ko dho kar bigho dein for 35 min. Baqi onio ko lache dar kat lein tomatoes bhi dho kar kat lein aloo dho kar cheel kar kat lein michon ko chop kar lein dhania bareek kat lein podina dho kar leavse alag kar dein adrak ke bareek lache bana lein.

    Ab ek khule bartan mein oil garam karein is mein lache dar onion add karein or gold crispy ho jàe to is mein ginger garlic garli paste add karein sondhi sondhi khushbu ane pe is mein aloo shamil karein jab achi tarah lo fry ho jae to is mein tomatoes chopeď harimirch or tomato dry masala add kar bhoon lein.

    Is kbad is mein jo gosht ready kia tha wo bhi add kar dein or achi tarah bhoon lein ab oil uper ane pe dahi add karein 5 min bhoon kar is mein bacha hua soup add karein josh ane is mein chawal ka pani nithar add karein or 1 medium tomto podin orgarm nasala bhi dak dein namak apne hissab se check karein or dry hone frjed onion dal dein or dam pe rakh dein 15 -30 min mein mazedar Akkani tayyar ha kachumber ke sath pesh karein.
