Steps

Take a bowl add warm milk and sugar mix it well until it dissolves.

Take a bowl add flour and grated coconut, semolina, green cardamom sesame seeds, baking powder mix and add ghee mix it then knead it with warm milk (from step 1) and then cover with cloth and rest it for 1/2 hour.

After that make a ball of the dough and rolling it approx 1/2" and then cut it with circle shape heard and star-shaped cutter and then fry into preheated oil on medium Flame it becomes golden brown colour your khasta sweet is ready.
