Ingredients

  • 250 gminced meat
  • 2large onions
  • 1green capsicum (hoho)
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 2 cupsflour
  • Oil to fry

Steps

    For the dough

    In a bowl add water a pinch of salt and the flour then mix properly

  3. 3

    Knead the flour well then add a little oil.when ready cover in cloth n set aside

  4. 4

    The fillings:

    Cook the meat until tender

  6. 6

    Then add in some oil, your chopped onions, capsicum and cook for a minute. Do not overcook the onions and hoho

  7. 7

    Give a last stir then add you dhania n set aside

  8. 8

    Divide your dough in 4 equal parts

  9. 9

    Roll each part to a thin one then in a panv heat the dough to translucent

  10. 10

    Once done cut the translucent dough into 4 parts

  11. 11

    Mix a tablespoon of flour and 2 of water to make a paste- glue

  12. 12

    Make a cone shape n close with the glue

  13. 13

    Do the filling

  14. 14

    In a pan heat enough oil. Once hot deep fry
