Steps

Peel your yam, cut it to your desired shape. Wash it and set it on fire for it to boil in a pot. Add a bit of salt

After the yam has properly boiled, whisk ur egg in a bowl and add up Maggi and a but of pepper to the mixture. Insert your yam to the mixture and then it's ready to get fried

For the offal, I used Sallah left over offals to, its already boiled and was in side freezer. So I used pepper onion and groundnut oil. I fried it just a bit, added up maggi, dried ginger and seasoning to it and finally water... Added up the offal And left it for a few minutes. And hmmm its done..
