First wash and peel and grate the carrot. Transfer to a large bowl. Add black pepper, ginger and garlic paste, salt, rice flour and gram flour. Mix it well. knead it smooth dough. From the dough make a small ball in shape. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Heat oil in Kadai. When the oil is hot. Deep fry the small piece of ball till it become light brown In colour. Transfer to a plate. Drain the excess oil in tissue paper. Keep aside

For making sauce. In the same Kadai. Add little oil. Add crushed garlic. Saute it for few minutes then add chopped onion, capsicum and fry for few minutes. Then add red chilli sauce, black pepper, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Fry for a few minutes. Then add Manchurian balls. Mix... Add little water mix it well. Boil till it becomes gravy. Once it done transfer to a beautiful plate. Garnish spring onion

Ready to serve with Biryani or pulao.
