Garlic
Green pepper

Yellow bell peppers
Oil
Salt
Vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoonhoney or brown sugar

Steps

Wash and cut your vegetables into whatever shape you feel like.You can slice them thinly or chuncky

Get your cooking pot,add oil.When the oil has heated add onions.Do not let the onions cook through (slightly blanch)

Add all your vegetables and stir.Add salt, vinegar or lemon depending with the amount of Vegetables you are cooking.You should be able to taste the lime at this point

Add your sugar or honey,and stir

Add your garlic and stir.

Your vegetables are now ready to be served.Do not over cook,your vegetables.
