As I grew up in a Bangladeshi household I’ve eaten this omelette a lot because we can have this omelette for anything at any time. Our omelette is more like a very regular popular food item that Bangladeshis can eat every day in a week too. This is like the saviour dish that whenever nothing has been cooked you’ll be like oh let’s make some omelette and daal (lentils) to have it with rice. Or let’s make some omelette to have it with paratha (Bangladeshi home made bread). The recipe is very simple and I love it since it’s not time consuming at all. I always add different spices or ingredients to spice it up every now and then.
