90% of the time I end up breaking the omelette when turning so in the end I make it into scrambled eggs but this time an omelette came out.

90% of the time I end up breaking the omelette when turning so in the end I make it into scrambled eggs but this time an omelette came out.
Steps

In a bowl whisk the eggs.

Add into the whisked eggs the frankfurters, onion, salt, black pepper, vinegar, garlic and parsley. Mix well using a fork.

In a large saucepan, over a medium heat, add in the olive oil. Make sure the bottom of the pan is coated well and heated before adding In the egg.

Add the eggs into the pan and spead evenly. Fry on low - medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the top of the omelette is solid enough to turn.

Turn and fry for a further 5-10 minutes.

Once done slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
