Ingredients

10 -15 minutes
3-4 servings2 s
  • 2 tspcrushed garlic
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 tspkasuri methi
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsppure ghee
  • 1 tspcrushed ginger

Steps

10 -15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a karahi.Add crushed ginger & garlic & cook till it becomes golden.

  2. 2

    Add all the masala & crushed tomatoes. Cook till they mix with eachother. now add 1 cup of water & cook for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add milk & cook for 2 minutes stir constantly. Serve hot with chapati.
