Ingredients

  • halfChicken wings cut in
  • Olive oil
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or syrup
  • Chilli powder
  • Castle braai series peri peri marinade
  • Foil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade chicken overnight or for 5 hours mixing all ingredients -salt, soy sauce, honey or syrup, chilli powder, Castle braai series peri peri marinade - excluding oil

  2. 2

    Wrap wings in a foil and in the oven of 150° for +-15min

  3. 3

    Remove chicken from foil to a pan then back into oven of 170°

  4. 4

    Keep turning wings so theh don't burn. Then remove wings when they have cooked

  5. 5

    Serve with bbq sauce
