Homemade coconut milk

Coconut milk is rich in vitamins and minerals and unlike cow milk, coconut milk is lactose_free and can be use as a milk substitute for people with lactose intolerance. I personally love coconut as a whole because it is rich in fiber which help to move our bowel.
