  • 3 poundraw chicken wings
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 1 cuphoney
  • 1garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchground black pepper

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Place chicken in a 9x13-inch DEEP baking dish. Preferably a lasagna dish as the sauce will splatter!

  3. 3

    Mix the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper and pour over chicken

  4. 4

    Bake for 1 hour 40 minutes or until sauce is caramelized
