Take a wok add water and boiled the noodles.

Take a pan heat oil and add chopped capsicum and onion cook for till them soft add all spices and mix it well, and add soya sauce and chilli sauce and boiled chow mein and paneer cubes and mix it well an cook for 2min.

Serve hot.
