Ingredients

  • 5-6mussels per person, cooked and cooled
  • 2beaten eggs
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • Lemon and salad to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Make sure they are clean with no beard

    Roll the mussels in batches, in the flour, dip in the egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Continue until all finished

    Heat some oil in a large pan or wok. Deep fry for about 3-4 mins until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt and enjoy 😅
