  • 1 kgmilk
  • 10thread saffron
  • to tasteSugar
  • as neededDry fruit
  • 5roasted makhana for garnish
  • 1 tspCardmom powder

Steps

    Grind the makhana roughly

  2. 2

    Take a pan boil the milk add cardamom powder saffron thread

  3. 3

    After 2 mint add makhana cook for 10 minit low flame add dry fruits

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add kheer add makhana and dry fruits

  5. 5

    Kheer is ready to eat
