Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Then add both the wet and dry ingredients to one bowl.

Make a batter. Let sit for 15 minutes

Now add one cup of batter to a pan and shallow fry both sides as shown in picture
