Ingredients

  • 2 litreMilk
  • Sugar 500gm (half kg)
  • 1 tbspCardamom Powder
  • 4 glassesCold water
  • Pistachio & almond 1 cup (Soaked in warm water overnight and peel it & make chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk and cool it at room temperature.
    Take a bowl add milk, sugar and cardamom powder.

    Whisk it until sugar get dissolve then add water and dry fruit in it.

    Serve Chilled. Doodh ka Sharbat is ready.
