Paper like crunchy paneer

Cut paneer into pieces. In a plate pour rice powder. In a bowl add flour, cornflour,1 tsp red chilli powder. Adding adequate water make semi thick batter. Dip paneer pieces into the batter.

Coat with rice powder deep fry into oil. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Add red chillies. Saute. Add onion pieces. Add salt,red chilli powder, chat masala, black pepper powder. Saute for 20 seconds in high flame with constant stirring.

Add fried paneer. Put off the flame. Mix paneer with masala and add coriander leaves and serve hot as starter. It will be crunchy like paper outside and soft inside.
