Moti Pulao

Soak the basmati rice for 30 mins before cooking.

Grate the paneer by a grater. Add 2tbs cornflour and salt as per taste and mix it. Prepare small balls from the paneer. Heat a pan, add some ghee and fry the paneer ball until golden brown.

Then fry the cashew in the same pan.

Take another pan add 3 tbsp ghee. Heat it. Then add bay leaf, cumin seed, cloves, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon stick, star and fry them for 30 sec. Then add turmeric powder, salt and soaked basmati rice.

Stir them for 30 sec. Add 2 cups of warm water, close the lid. Let it cook untill water is completely soaked and rice is cooked.

Switch of the gad. Don't open the lid immediately. After 20 mins you can open the lid and add your paneer moti on top of your pulao.
