Veggies pancake with green pea chutney

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated carrots
  2. 2/3 cupcooked green peas
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/4 cupcorn
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Cooked beef
  7. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the peas and set aside, divide it into two portions

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the grated carrots, the corn, the beef, the one portion of green peas. Break the egg, add a teaspoon of salt and mix

  3. 3

    Get a frying pan, add little oil to it on medium heat. Scoop the veggies mixture an fry, turn the other side to fry.

    To make the chutney.. take the other portion of cooked green peas, add a pinch of salt, pinch of sugar and teaspoon of veg oil, add all in a blender and blend till smooth.

    Serve and dip in the chutney, enjoy!!
