  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 tspkalonji
  • 1 cupmong dal boil
  • 1/2 bunchhara dhanya
  • 2green chilies
  • 1 tspkutti lal mirch
  • 1 tspzera powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspsonf
  • As required oil
  • For allu ki bhaji 👇
  • 1/2 kgboil allu
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 12curry patta
  • 1 tspkutti lal mirch
  • 1 tspTarmiric powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsafeed zera
  • 1 tspsabit dhanya
  • 1 tspsonf
  • 1 tspkalonji
  • 4 tbspsirka
  • 1 tspzarde ka rang

Steps

    Kachori ke liye 2 cup mede main 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 tsp kalonji add krein aur hasbe zarorat pani ke sath thora sakht ata gond lein aur 30 min ke liye rest de dein

  2. 2

    Mong ki dal boil kar lein dal khari rakhni hai halwa na ho aub dal main kutti lal mirch, salt, garam masala, zera powder, sonf, hara dhanya, hari mirch add kar ke achi tarhan mix kar ke side kar dein

  3. 3

    Aub ate ke chote chote pere banain aur aur us ke bech main 1 tbsp dal bhar dein aur Kachori ke hath sy set kar lein ya belan sy soft hath sy beel lein aub oil garam krein oil teez garam hona chahye oil main Kachori dal kar fry krein aur oil oper dalte rahein jab kachori phool jaye tu nikal lein Kachori ready hain

    Allu boil kar lein sonf, sabit dhanya, zera mota mota kutt lein aub oil garam krein us main curry patta dal kar 2 min pakain aub kutta zera, kutti sonf, kutta dhanya, kutti lal mirch, salt, kalonji haldi add krein halka sa pani dal kar 2 min bhone phir boil allu add krein 2 cup pani add krein zarde ka rang aur sirka dal kar slow flem par 20 min ke liye pakne rakh dein

    20 min baad check krein allu ki gravy thori gahri ho gai hai tu flem off kar dein allu ki bhaji ready hai

  6. 6

    Bhaji ko Kachori ke sath enjoy krein bohot delicious banti hai 😋
