  1. 2.5 kgPork Shoulder
  2. 5 teaspoonsPotato Starch
  3. Sauce
  4. 5 tbspBrown Sugar
  5. 2 tbspChicken Powder
  6. 4 tbspOil
  7. 4 tbspKepap Manis
  8. 3 tbspWhite Wine
  9. 4 tbspOyster Sauce
  10. 5 tbspFish Sauce
  11. to taste Lemon Grass

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix starch with meat

  2. 2

    Mix sauce

  3. 3

    Oven 240 Degrees for 30 to 35 minutes

  4. 4

    Take out of oven, taste

  5. 5

    Add fish sauce for more flavour for next batch
