Make a paste of tomatoes, cashew nuts, Ginger, green chillies and all the above mentioned masalas in a mixer.

Now saute the paste in ghee in a kadhai till the ghee separates from the paste.

Now add cream and salt and cook for sometime. Add milk and paneer cubes and cook for 5 mins in slow flame.

Check the seasoning before turning off the flame. Serve with parathas, Naan, Rice or anything of ur choice. This can be eaten during Navratri too.
