Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbutterfly pea
  2. 100 mlwarm milk
  3. 75 mlcondensed milk
  4. 75 mlhot water
  5. 22 ozice

Cooking Instructions

    To separate the butterfly pea’s pollen by pull the green at the bottom or you can use dried butterfly pea version you have at home.

    Boil 75 ml of water in a pot.add the butterfly pea until the water get colored. Drain and leave a side to cool down.

  3. 3

    Warm the milk in a pot and add the condensed milk and stir well for 30 seconds and leave it a side to cool down.

  4. 4

    Prepare the ice in a glass, add 3/4 of milk and butterfly pea water for the rest.

I like this recipe very much . Can I omit condensed milk & use more of plain milk as I find condensed milk very sweet . Pls guide.
