Ingredients

  • 50 gmsSuji (Rava) (Semolina)
  • 5 scoopsSugar (according to taste)
  • 4 tbspDesi Ghee
  • 2 cupswater
  • 7-8almonds
  • 7-8Cashew nuts
  • 5-10Raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan firstly add 4 tbsp of Desi Ghee and then add the suji into it.

    Roast it well till the colour changes to light brown or dark brown according to your preference.

    Then add 2 cups of water to it. And stir it well.

    Then put 5 scoops of sugar. I personally like more sweet that's why I have added 5 scoops of sugar and stir it well till the halwa starts to become thick.

    Then add cashew nuts, almonds, raisins to it.

    Garnish it with Almonds and serve it hot.
