Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpaneer cut diagonally
  2. 3large capsicum cut into cubes
  3. 4medium size onions cut into large cubes
  4. For paste2 tomatoes, 8-9 garlic cloves and 3-4 green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a kadhai pour some oil and as it heats up add diced onions and saute for two minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add capsicum and to the kadhai and saute both of them till golden.

  3. 3

    Now add the paste of tomatoes, garlic and green chilles and add red chilli to taste. As the oil seprates add 1tbsp of tomato ketchup.

    Now add paneer and salt according to taste and 1/2 katori water. Stir lightly so that the paneer cubes don't break.

    Decorate with fresh coriander leaves and the dish is ready to be served.
