Kadai paneer -A quick recipe for your husband's tiffin when you get up late or when some unannounced guest arrives.
Cooking Instructions

In a kadhai pour some oil and as it heats up add diced onions and saute for two minutes.

Then add capsicum and to the kadhai and saute both of them till golden.

Now add the paste of tomatoes, garlic and green chilles and add red chilli to taste. As the oil seprates add 1tbsp of tomato ketchup.

Now add paneer and salt according to taste and 1/2 katori water. Stir lightly so that the paneer cubes don't break.

Decorate with fresh coriander leaves and the dish is ready to be served.

My slightly lighter take on Dwenjang Jjigae, which is a pungent Korean stew made with dwenjang (basically Korean style miso). (Note that stew in Korean cuisine isn't that super thick, stand a fork up in it type of texture, but something in between a soup and stew. My recipe is much closer to soup.)If you don't have dwenjang, you can totally use Japanese style miso. The flavor and aroma are less pungent, but the result will still be delicious.Just put the ingredients in a pot, bring 'em to a boil, and then let them simmer, and that's it.We usually enjoy this with a bowl of steamed rice. x
