Steps

Using a fork, shred the fish.

Add in 5 eggs into the shredded fish.

Add carrot,peas,corn and onions.

Add black pepper and salt.

Heat some oil in a masa fryer, add a spoonful of the egg/fish mixture.

Cook for about 5mins under low heat.

Flip the other side and cook for another 4mins.
