Ingredients

  1. For the Kadai Masala
  2. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  3. 1 tbspfennel seeds
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspblack peppercorns
  6. 3dry red chillies
  7. For gravy
  8. 1dieced Onion
  9. 1/2 cupeach green and yellow bell peppers
  10. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  11. 2 tbsptomato puree
  12. 1 tbspkadai masala
  13. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  14. 1/2 tspchopped ginger
  15. 2slit green chillies
  16. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  18. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  19. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  20. Salt as per taste
  21. 3 tspfresh cream
  22. 1 tsproasted crushed fenugreek leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First heat a Kadhai dry roast the whole masala once done grind it into a coarse powder..now marinate the paneer with some salt, pinch of turmeric powder, pinch of red chilli powder, pinch of garam masala powder keep it aside..

    Now heat a Kadhai add some oil then add the chopped garlic and ginger into it saute it for few minutes then add slit green chillies and chopped tomatoes saute it for few minutes then add all the dry spices cook all the spices very well then add tomato puree stir it for few minutes

    Then add little water saute it for few more minutes then in another Kadhai add some oil add all the chopped bell peppers and onions and marinated panner fry it until they they are slightly cooked

    Then add them into the gravy stir it then add roasted crushed fenugreek leaves and chopped coriander leaves and 2tbsp cream stir it and turn off the heat serve hot with naan, rice...
