Best Pancakes EVER!!!

My wife wanted pancakes so I looked up a recipe online and altered it by substituting 1/4 cup of milk with coffee creamer and adding Goya Flaked unsweetened coconut. Try it. It's easy and incredibly delicious.

My sons love pancakes for breakfast but with the English pancakes it takes about 5 minutes to cook just one, so I cook for ages to make enough to satisfy the appetites of two teenage boys.So I adapted this recipe from bake.mom88's waffle recipe and they love them especially a stack :) Arty Greig -

Pancakes 🥞!! Pancakes 🥞!!
Sunday morning… What better plan than having delicious pancakes for breakfast? They are super easy and quick to make!In Spain, we call them “tortitas.”I remember when I was little, going to a café in Murcia (Spain) to have them—they made them so good! I would order them with whipped cream and hot chocolate on top… Such a treat! 😋 Chus Molinero -
