Pre heat the oven to 180°C. I have used 7 × 4 tin for the loaf. If making cup cakes it yields 12 cupcakes

Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl till light and fluffy

Add the milk powder mix well

Sift maida,corn flour,baking soda, soda bicarbonate together and mix with the cream batter
- 5
Add cardamom powder mix, then add buttermilk mix, if the batter is too thick add milk, then add crumbled mawa and mix.

Pour the batter in a greased tin or paper cups. Tap it gently to level the batter. Sprinkle the sliced dry fruits on top and press gently with light hands

Bake it for 25 mins or till toothpick inserted comes out clean

Remove from the oven and place on wire rack to cool before unmoulding
