Ingredients

  1. 2-3 poundboneless pork loin roast
  2. 1 tablespoonwhole wheat floor (you can also use regular flour)
  3. 50 gfresh basil (or 2 teaspoons of dried basil)
  4. 50 gfresh thyme (or 2 teaspoons of dried thyme)
  5. 2 teaspoonsall spice or cinnamon
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoonssea salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  8. 1medium apple cut into wedges
  9. 1medium onion cut into wedges
  10. (optional 1 lemon cut into wedges / some fresh Rosemary)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Rub all spice or cinammon, salt and pepper, thyme and basil over the pork.

  3. 3

    Arrange the sliced apple and onion around the pork and place inside an oven bag.

  4. 4

    Cook for 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs depending on weight until the thermometer reads 145 degrees.

    Remove and let cool for 20 minutes. Slice and serve. (Serves 6)
