Soak sabudana for 3 hours and squeeze out water completely. take a bowl add the rest pf the ingredients and make stiff dough.

Grease hands and flatten it to thin disc.transfer to hot tawa upside down along with sheet.turn over the cook on both sides untill done.

Apply ghee on both sides.
