Heat oil in a kadhai. Add chopped onion... fry till light golden... then add chopped tomatoes.. cook for 2 minutes.. then add garlic paste and all the powder masala and salt... add a little water and cook for 3- 4 minutes.

Then add 1/2 cup water and bring to boil.. lower the flame... add eggs 1 by 1 to it... as shown in pic. Do not stir... cover the lid and cook for 7-8 mins.

Open lid and break the cooked eggs in the gravy and mix till it becomes a little dry.. garnish some chopped coriander and serve hot
