Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 tbsp five dals
  3. 2onion finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 2carrot finely chopped
  6. 2potato finely chopped
  7. 100 GMbeans finely chopped
  8. 2green chillies finely chopped
  9. 1capsicum finely chopped
  10. 2 tbspground nut
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tspred chillies powder
  13. 2 tbspdhanya jeera / coriander cumin powder
  14. To tasteSalt
  15. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  16. 1 tspmustard seed
  17. 1 tspjeera
  18. 2 tbspcoriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Wash five dals & soak it for one hour

  2. 2

    Cut all vegetables & wash the rice too

  3. 3

    Take the pressure cooker put ghee mustard seed jeera ginger garlic paste saute it add onion stir it for 2 min

  4. 4

    Add all vegetables saute it then add rice & Dal salt masala mix it well then put 5 glass of water mix it whistle 3.low the frame for 5 min.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves and ghee

  6. 6

    Serve it with khadi, papad & onion.
