Ingredients

  1. 1/2 glass rice
  2. 1/2 glassMoong dal
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1/3 tspTurmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. to tasteGaram masala 1/2tspn
  9. 1 tspJeera
  10. 2 spoonrefind oil
  11. 4 glasswater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash properly dal and rice

  2. 2

    In pressure cooker heat refined dn add jeera

  3. 3

    After 2minutes add chopped onion and tomato

  4. 4

    Add haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt

  5. 5

    After 2-3minutes add dal and rice

  6. 6

    Add water and mix well

  7. 7

    Close the cooker and cook until 4whistle

  8. 8

    Khichadi is ready to eat😊
