  1. For For dough
  2. 2 bowls Maida
  3. 2 bowls Maida
  4. 1/2 bowloil
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. As requiredWater to make dough
  7. For Stuffing:
  8. 1/2 cupmung dal
  9. 1/2 cupbesan
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala
  14. 1tspsaunf
  15. 2 tsp coriander powder
  16. 1tsp amchur powder
  17. 1tsp chat masala
  18. 1tsp kasuri methi
  19. 1 tsp bhuna jeera
  20. 1 tbspoil
  21. 1tsp jeera
  22. Pinchhing
  23. As neededOil for fry
  24. For aloo ki sabji:
  25. 4potatoes boiled
  26. 2tomatoes
  27. to tasteSalt
  28. As per tasteRed chilli
  29. As requiredCoriander powder
  30. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  31. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  32. As requiredOil
  33. 1/2 tspJeera
  34. PinchHing

Cooking Instructions

    For the dough: Mix maida salt and oil properly make a soft dough with the help of water.Soak the mung dal fo 2 hours.

    Cover this dough for 1/2 an hour.

    Soak the mung dal for 2 hour.

    Now grind the dal in mixer grinder without water. Half crushed

  5. 5

    Take a nonstick pan add oil, jeera and hing.Now add besan in it. Roast it on medium flame for a while.

    Now add crushed dal in it saute it for 2 minutes.

    Now add all spices in it.Mix well and cook for 2 minute.

    Off the flame cool it. Make balls of stuffing

    Make balls with the dough.

    Now take a ball, flat it with palm, add 1ball of stuffing cover it make ball again.

    Flat it with the help of anothar hand.Make all kachori like this.

    Now take a kadhai add oil for fry.

    On medium flame in hot oil add 5 or 6 kachori at a time.

    Fry them till golden brown.

    Now take them out from oil on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.

    For veg of potatoes.

    Peel the boil potatoes. Crushed them.Grind the tomatoes.

    Now take a pan add oil jeera hing than add tomatoes.Saute them add all spices.

    Now add boiled potatoes and water.

    Boil for 10 minutes.The potatoes veg is ready to eat.

    Serve hot kachori with potato sabji and methi ki lonji.
